Builders & New Build Cleans

What is included in a builders clean?
Our builders cleans include removal of all builders dust in kitchen cabinets and drawers, wardrobes and sculleries, bathroom cabinetry and laundries. Removal of cabinetry stickers, tape and clear protective plastics. Cleaning windows, sills and inside frames, removal or dust and debris. Removal of paint, plaster splatter from walls and fixtures. We ensure your property is ready for mid build viewing and handover. -
Do you mark defects during a builders clean?
Yes, our team identifies and marks defects as part of the cleaning process.
Commercial Cleaning

Can I customize my commercial cleaning schedule?
Absolutely! We tailor cleaning schedules to fit your business hours and specific needs. -
Do you provide cleaning services outside of regular business hours?
Yes, we offer after-hours cleaning to minimize disruption to your operations.
Residential Cleaning

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you. Many clients provide us with access instructions, so they don’t need to be present. -
Do you clean ovens, windows, and other specific areas?
Yes, we clean all areas of your home, including ovens, windows, and more, as per your requirements. We can also hang out and fold your washing or do the dishes.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning appointment?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. This ensures we have adequate time to allocate a cleaner to your jobs new time spot. -
What happens if something is damaged during a clean?
While we take great care, we are insured with AMI for 1 million dollars to cover accidental damage. -
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment. All our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every clean and before we start a new job.
Payments & Pricing

How do I pay for the services?
We accept bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods. All payments are due 7 days from the service date unless otherwise agreed. -
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% off your first clean with no obligation to sign a contract. -
How are your prices determined?
Pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of clean, and any additional services required. We provide no obligation quotes valid for 30 days. Quotes are based off the information you provide to us or upon a site visit.
